What this site is
LA Roof Guide is an information website about roofs in Los Angeles County. We do not sell anything, and we do not offer roofing work.
Information you give us
This site has no forms, no accounts, and no sign-ups. The only way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to read and answer your message and to fix errors you report. We do not sell it or share it with roofers or anyone else for marketing.
Information collected when you visit
Hosting. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers handle the technical requests your browser sends when you load a page.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and visits and to measure how fast pages load. Cloudflare says its Web Analytics "does not use any client-side state, such as cookies or localStorage, to collect usage metrics," and that it does not "fingerprint" individuals via their IP address, User Agent string, or any other data. Cloudflare also says the product "does not collect or use your visitors' personal data." The analytics script loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com.
Cookies. We do not set any cookies. The site has no forms, no logins, and no ads.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to government offices, such as city building departments, the Contractors State License Board, and the California Department of Insurance, and to other sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We do not control them.
